51 days of war in Gaza

These images picture a few of 51 days of war in the Gaza strip during the summer of 2014. Almost every morning, Gaza woke up to the sound of air strikes that often destroyed houses, buildings, streets but also damaged schools and hospitals. Children, elderlies, women and men were rushed to hospitals in the midst of chaos. Those pictures show injured people, funerals and destroyed buildings but also Gazans trying to resume normal life during short periods of ceasefire.
